Flight Partner

Your journey home could be theirs too

Every one of our cats that finds a home abroad needs someone to travel with them. If you’re flying out of Corfu anyway, you can be that someone. A Flight Partner simply accompanies a cat who has already found an adopter — and we take care of all the arrangements around it.

How it works

Four simple steps

1

Tell us your route

Let us know your airline, destination and travel date — and whether your ticket is already booked. That’s all we need to start.

2

We check everything

Our team confirms that the airline accepts the cat, that the paperwork and legal steps are in order, and that both handovers can happen smoothly.

3

We meet you at the airport

You’re handed the cat ready to travel, in her carrier, with all documents and clear, friendly instructions for the journey.

4

A safe arrival

At your destination, the adopter or one of our rescue contacts is waiting to meet you and take the cat onward to her new home.

What we take care of

You’re never left to organise this alone

A rescued cat ready to travel in a carrier

Travel readiness

Microchip, vaccinations and every document the cat needs to travel.

Airline procedure

We confirm the carrier’s requirements and whether the cat can be booked on your flight.

Handover plan

Named contacts, exact locations and timing at both airports — nothing left to chance.

Journey instructions

Simple, practical guidance for check-in, security and arrival, so you always know what happens next.

Please never book the cat yourself first

Travel for adopted cats can follow different animal-health rules than for someone travelling with their own pet, and airline acceptance can change. Always talk to us before changing a reservation or paying any animal fee — we’ll guide you through it.

What makes a great Flight Partner

Calm, prepared and easy to reach

Shares the details early

Gives us accurate booking information in good time, so we can check the route properly.

Sticks to the plan

Follows the agreed route and instructions rather than improvising on the day.

Stays reachable

Keeps in touch before departure and lets us know once the cat has safely landed.

Keeps the cat calm

Handles the carrier gently and leaves it closed unless we’ve said otherwise.

Can your route carry a cat?

Have a look at cat-friendly airlines, seasonal direct routes, and the Athens connection that opens up many destinations which would otherwise be difficult to reach.

Tell us about your journey

Send us your route, airline, travel date and destination airport — and let us know whether your ticket is already booked. We’ll get back to you once we’ve checked whether a cat could travel with you.

Register a possible journey

There’s no commitment — we’ll only get in touch if a suitable journey can be arranged.
